This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to purchases made from GDL Autoparts.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, is unsafe, does not match its description, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or parts ordered incorrectly by the customer.
This includes situations where:

You found the part cheaper elsewhere

You ordered the wrong part

You changed your mind after ordering

The part does not fit because incorrect vehicle information was supplied
Fitment and Vehicle Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that a part is suitable before purchase.
Where possible, please provide accurate vehicle details such as year, make, model, engine, VIN, registration or photos before ordering.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, GDL Autoparts is not responsible for fitment issues.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photos, videos, diagnostic information, installation details, or return of the product for inspection.
If the product is confirmed to have a fault covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Returns
A return must be approved by GDL Autoparts before any item is sent back.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all supplied parts, accessories and documents, unless the return relates to a fault or consumer guarantee issue.
Items returned without approval may be refused.
Electrical and Special Order Parts
Electrical parts, programmed parts, opened service items, special order parts and parts that have been installed are not accepted for change-of-mind returns.
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns or incorrect customer orders.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we will handle shipping costs in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
